Privacy Policy

Last updated October 3, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Future Ventures Lab ("we", "us") collects through futureventureslab.com and our partner application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us. Most of it comes from our partner application and from the conversations that follow it:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and location.
  • Professional background: your current role, your LinkedIn profile if you provide it, businesses you have owned or run, senior or governance roles, and sectors you know.
  • Your answers about what you are looking for, such as the time you could commit and your timeframe.
  • Records of our contact with you: dates of calls and meetings, notes, and materials we send you.
  • Anything you send us by email or share during calls.

02Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

We also use two third-party tools that set cookies or similar technologies in your browser:

  • Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use this site, such as which pages they view and where they came from. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization for it.
  • The Meta pixel, to measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It records the pages you view and the fact that an application was submitted.

03What we never send to these tools

Your application answers, your name, email address, phone number and other contact details are sent only to us. They are never passed to Google Analytics or the Meta pixel.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics or the Meta pixel at all. You can also block these tools with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and manage how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

04How we use your information

  • To review your application and assess whether a partnership could be a good fit.
  • To contact you about your application, arrange calls, and send you information about how we work.
  • To keep an accurate, dated record of our relationship with you.
  • To improve this site and our application process.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

05How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. The Meta pixel described above lets Meta use information about your visit to this site to measure and target our ads, which some US state privacy laws treat as "sharing" for advertising. You can opt out by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.

We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and customer-relationship software, and only for those purposes; with our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed; and where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

06How long we keep it

We keep application and relationship records for as long as our relationship with you continues and for seven years after that, so that we have a complete record of our contact. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete what we are not required to keep.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email us at hello@futureventureslab.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

10Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
